These terms apply to services ordered through Kavrvix Experts. By sending a request, you agree to them.

Quotes and scope

Services listed on this site have no fixed prices. After you send a request, a staff member confirms the scope, price, timeline and revision rounds with you. Work starts only after you agree.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed before work starts. Larger jobs may be split into a deposit and a final payment on delivery. Ad spend, Shopify plans, apps, products and creator product samples are paid by you unless agreed otherwise.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery times shown are estimates and start once we have everything we need from you. Each service includes the revision rounds stated in its details or in your agreed quote.

Content and usage rights

Once paid in full, you can use delivered creatives in your own ads and store. Creator videos come with paid ad usage rights unless agreed otherwise. Ad samples shown on this site are style examples.

Accounts and platforms

Ad accounts and Business Managers are set up in your name and must be used within Meta's and TikTok's advertising policies. We can't control platform decisions such as ad rejections or account restrictions.

No results guarantee

We do our best work, but sales depend on your product, offer, budget and market. We don't guarantee specific results.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under the terms agreed in your quote. If nothing was agreed in writing, contact us and we'll review your case.
